Jerry Rodrigues, Retired correction officer, Federal Bureau of Prison was a Guest Speaker of the day. He was welcomed and introduced by A Narayanaswami. He briefed in detail regarding the American Judicial System and also Answered the various quarries raised by the members.
Venkatesan Laxminarayanan described the interesting features of the American Election campaign. Mrs Amrita Verma gave very good Pictures of the roles played by Regional parties in India. However she emphasized the importance of regional parties in the present power structured of India.
S V R Parangusam also discussed the targets fixed in the India's eleventh five year plan in view of the tremendous economical developments in India.
All talks were received very well by the members.
Shrimati Jayalaxshmi gave very melodious vocal musical presentations which was taken very well.

C G Desai introduced and welcomed the the Guest Speaker Patrik Sirkar, Dy Consul General, Indian Consulate, San Francisco. He briefed the members regarding the various provisions under Duel Citizenship, PIO Card, VISA, etc. He also answered the questions raised by the members.
M Santhanam focused on the various events of year 2007, While T P Subrmaniiam talk on the Important and recent Events of the America. A Narayanaswami spoke on the Economic Growth of the India.
M L Swamy presided over the session. Thereafter Musical Program was presented by the prominent Artist.
